Manage Disorderly Conduct and Threatening Behaviour (SE-SO-108E-1) enables the learners to acquire the skills and knowledge to Manage Disorderly Conduct and Threatening Behaviour complying with legislation and company standard operating procedures.
What you will be able to do
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Prepare for the work activities
- Deter threatening behaviour through visible security presence
- Deal with disorderly/threatening behaviour
Entry requirements
- 18 years of age and above;
- Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL)
