Singapore Citizens below 40, Permanent Residents and LTVP+ holders enrolling in this course pay the full fee of S$87.20, less S$40.00 under SWDA baseline funding at 50%, subject to eligibility, plus S$7.20 GST charged on the full course fee, giving a total of S$47.20.

- Practise Good Personal Hygiene
- Use Safe Ingredients
- Handle Food Safely
- Store Food Safely
- Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment and storage areas
What you will be able to do
Train Food Handlers to follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures to ensure food safety.
Entry requirements
- Able to understand simple English, equivalent to WPLN Level 2
- No formal academic qualification is required

- 1.5 Assessment
Assessed by Written Exam, Practical Exam.
